چکیده :
تربیت بدنی و ورزش در مفهوم کلی کلمه، یک پدیده اجتماعی است که با اعتلای آن ،روابط افراد جامعه و سلامت جسم وروح آنها استحکام می یابد .بنابراین ،روابط اجتماعی و تربیت بدنی وورزش بر یکدیگر تاثیر متقابل دارند و در تامین بهداشت روانی دانش آموز وهمچنین در جهت گیری مطلوب جامعه بسیار موثر می باشد .فعالیتهای ورزشی فرصتی را ایجاد می کند که افراد با تعامل یکدیگر هدفها را مشخص می کند ووظیفه ای را به عهده گرفته واز نتیجه کار گروهی بهرمند می شوند . در این میان، فعالیت بدنی به عنوان یکی از اجزای مهم تربیت بدنی ،دارای نیروی بالقوه ای است که به کودکان ونوجوانان در بر قراری رابطه بهتر و ایجاد یک نیروی اجتماعی پویا در جامعه کمک می کند.
تربیت بدنی وورزش به عنوان وسیله ای موثر جهت پاسخ به نیازهای روانی محسوب می گردد که کودکان ونوجوانان می توانند با بهره گیری ازآن به ارضای نیازهای خود بپردازد و تمایلات درونی خود رابیان دارد . همچنین کسب تجربیات لازم در زمینه های گوناگون فعالیتهای ورزشی مطابق با استعداد و علاقمندی خود،کودکان و نوجوانان را قادر می سازد تا به شیوه ای مثبت به ابراز خود بپردازد. مشارکت و همکاری کودکان در ارائه یک فعالیت ورزش جمعی وسیله ای مناسب جهت ارضای تمایلات تعلق به گروه وتقویت روح تعاون وحس همکاری در آنان به شمار می رود .این عامل ،شرایط مناسبی جهت ابراز محبت متقابل وبهره گیری از محبت یکدیگررا فراهم می آورد. علاوه بر این اثار وفعالیتهای سودمند ورزش موجب افزایش دانش واطلاعات ،راهنمای غیرمستقیم درحل مشکلات وآشکار نمودن نحوه نگرش صحیح به امور و عواقب ناگوار می گردد.لذا ورزش تاثیراتی مطلوبی در ارضای نیازهای شناختی وپرورش روح زیباشناسی فرد خواهد داشت و از این طریق بر احساس امنیت کودکان ونوجوانان می افزاید و موجبات کاهش و رفع فشارها،بر طرف کردن ترسها واضطرابها،گشودن عقده هاو کسب رضایت وتامین بهداشت روانی کودکان ونوجوانان می کند. اینجانب …..در اقدام پژوهی فوق تصمیم دارم از طریق طرح ها و راهکار های مختلف به راغب سازی دانش آموزان در فعالیت های بدنی هدفمند بپردازم.

What You’ll Learn
In the first 10 lessons, you’ll cover the basics: saying hello, asking for or giving information, scheduling a meal or a meeting, asking for or giving basic directions, and much more. You’ll be able to handle minimum courtesy requirements, understand much of what you hear, and be understood at a beginning level, but with near-native pronunciation skills.
In the next 10 lessons, you’ll build on what you’ve learned. Expand your menu, increase your scheduling abilities from general to specific, start to deal with currency and exchanging money, refine your conversations and add over a hundred new vocabulary items. You’ll understand more of what you hear, and be able to participate with speech that is smoother and more confident.
In the final 10 lessons, you’ll be speaking and understanding at an intermediate level. In this phase, more directions are given in the target language, which moves your learning to a whole new plane. Lessons include shopping, visiting friends, going to a restaurant, plans for the evening, car trips, and talking about family. You’ll be able to speak comfortably about things that happened in the past and make plans for the future.
Reading Lessons begin in Lesson 9 to provide you with an introduction to reading Italian. In addition, the combined Reading Lessons are included after Lesson 30. These Reading Lessons, which total about one hour, are designed to teach you to sound out words with correct pronunciation and accent.

The Italian Language
Italian is the official language of Italy and San Marino, and one of the official languages of Switzerland, Croatia, and Slovenia. Italian is spoken by about 58 million people in Italy, 24,000 in San Marino, 840,000 in Switzerland, another million in other European countries, and approximately 5 million in North and South America. Historically, Italian is a daughter language of Latin. Italian uses the Roman alphabet and the pronunciation of the language follows the spelling very closely.
